04 Travel insurance

I strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every trip. Please let me know where you stand.

Great. If your policy includes cancellation cover, noting your insurer and policy number here means I can reference it if anything comes up.
Good to know. I recommend arranging cover as early as possible — ideally at the time of first deposit — so cancellation cover applies from day one. Happy to point you in the right direction.
Noted — and I want to be transparent. Travelling without insurance exposes you to significant financial risk in the event of medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage. I'll proceed as instructed, but please acknowledge this choice below.
05 Payment preferences
Preferred card for travel bookings. Used to process supplier payments and deposits on your behalf. Your details are stored securely and never shared.
Please send your CVV separately via text once you've submitted this form. Keeping it off this form means your full card details are never stored together in one place.

Share your frequent flyer and hotel loyalty to earn points.
