There are three restaurant cars available on the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express: Côte d’Azur, L’Oriental, and Etoile du Nord. Chef Imbert takes inspiration from each stop on the train and blends it into a cuisine that always uses fresh seasonal produce. Working with long-time and newer local producers along the route, the chef transforms these ingredients into seasonal original menus. Meanwhile in Bar Car ‘3674’, guests can enjoy a selection of soft drinks, classic cocktails, and fine champagne while enjoying the resident pianist playing the in-cabin baby grand.
